On 14 September Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed decree No.345 to amend presidential decree No.8 on introducing a visa-free procedure for foreign citizens to enter and leave Belarus, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.
